Wangsa Walk Mall is located at Wangsa Maju, a town that already being served by Alpha Angle (Jusco) & Carrefour for many years. Now a RM70 million mall will definitely bomb this town to become a hot destination for all ages of people surrouding the area. At the same time, traffic will be increased. Solving the traffic jam is also a matter but at the moment, its seems not so serious.

From my point of view, this is a potential hotspot as students, family, working men and women, and business centre are surrouding the areas. If Wangsa Walk Mall carefully in selecting their tenants/stores, it would be an attractive place to attract more than 250,000 residents. Entertainment is what i talking about. Like cinema, karaoke, bowling alley, fitness centre is already attracted the family and students. Of course you have good entertainment, you should have good dining shops, add in fast food store should be more attractive, such as McDonald's :p
A cafe such as Starbucks, Coffee bean for some drinks, sitting there whole day of your weekend, or during the night time & chit-chatting with friends, enjoying the beautiful scenary of bukit-bukit surrouding wangsa maju.

Wangsa Walk should be a place for everyone, a place to rest, enjoy, & eat !
