Deepavali, or the Festival Of Lights is one of the biggest celebration in Indian.
In Malaysia, all the Indians or Hindus celebrate Deepavali by visiting temples for prayers, having big family gatherings, and also held many activities to celebrate this festival.
Open houses is one of the gathering where i always visited during Deepavali.
All these will just happened on this Saturday (17 october 2009)
Many events will be held in Malaysia to celebrate Deepavali 2009.
At the street "Little India",George Town Penang, all the shops are decorated with the festival decorations, hits tamil songs are played around the shops and traditional indian cookies are selling around the corner as well as people are buying new clothes and decorating their houses for this coming Deepavali festival.
My favourites are muruku, chippi, ommapadi, and alots !
This coming Saturday, there will be Open House held at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC). It is an event that everybody's is looking forward to. I wish i could be there..but i'm not sure what's the hours if anyone could tell me?
It is a major Pulau Pangkor's event as well.
So, looking forward tomorrow! One of the big day in Malaysia!
